How much Bangladeshi people hate Sheikh Mujib
Today is
15 August 2024, the death anniversary of the so-called Father of the Nation of
Bangladesh, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Ten days ago, the people of Bangladesh
overthrew the worst dictator of the century, the Pharaoh of Bengal, Sheikh
Hasina. Hasina's tyrannical fascist regime came to an end through this. The
people of Bangladesh have been living a peaceful, free life for ten days.
From 5
August to 7 August, almost all the statues of Mujib have been demolished by the
general people. Because during Hasina’s fascist regime, people were forced to
worship Mujib and his statue. People did not have any religious freedom.
Everyone had to worship Mujib like a god. He became the ideological symbol of
Hasina’s fascist regime.
Hasina
prohibited any constructive criticism against Mujib, but the present generation
knows that Mujib was more fascist than his daughter. They know that Mujib killed
more than 30 thousand opposition political activists and general people during
his rule. So, they hate this person from their heart. For this reason, after
the fall of the Awami League government led by Pharaoh Hasina, people removed
all the photos of Mujib from the government and non-government institutions.
They also demolished every statue of Mujib with great courage.
On today’s death anniversary of Mujib, people enjoyed a lot by dancing in the street. Because, on this day, they were free from the Mujib’s fascist tyrannical rule.
